A community based health center with the mission of providing quality healthcare for a diverse population, irregardless of their ability to pay. We provide family and primary healthcare, prenatal care, child health care and immunizations, reproductive healthcare, women's healthcare, and supporting social services. We accept NH Medicaid, Maine Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurances; and a sliding fee scale for the uninsured. Discount prescriptions are available based on qualifications. Free Breast and Cervical Cancer screenings for qualified women. WIC and CSFP supplemental nutritional programs are available in both Dover and Rochester. Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic and HIV/AIDS Testing and Counseling held weekly in Dover on Tuesdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, and in Rochester on Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. NEW: Dental Services now available in addition to our primary care services. Services currently include oral health education, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and sealants. Dental services are available to our patients and children ages 0 to 18 living in Strafford County with Healthy Kids Gold or Silver.

Hours of operation Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Clinic hours vary, some evening appointments available.

Medical services include: Surgical abortion and "abortion by pill" and follow-up care; well-women gyn exams (Pap tests, breast checks, infection testing/treatment, contraceptive maintenance, etc.); STD testing and treatment for women and men; anonymous HIV screening for women and men; menopause management; pregnancy detection and pregnancy options counseling; contraceptive counseling and devices including, oral contraceptives, the "patch", Nuva ring, DepoProvera, diaphragms and cervical caps, IUDs, condoms, spermicides, and tubal ligations. No parent or spousal consent required. Referrals made for health/well-being related concerns.

Aids mothers wishing to breast feed by offering help, encouragement, and practical suggestions. Meetings are open to any woman interested. Phone help is available. Library books available on childbirth, child care, breast feeding, and nutrition. Call for meeting schedule and hours of operation. Eligibility: Mothers and expectant mothers.

Provides assistance for pregnant women and also mothers of young children. Homeless shelter which also offers nutrition and parenting skills. Eligibility: Homeless pregnant women, age 18+.

Offers counseling to individuals, adolescents, families, and for marital problems. Licensed Adoption Agency. Affiliated with six state-wide nursing homes. Community Outreach.

Provides help for women and families facing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy. Offers information regarding choices in dealing with pregnancies and support throughout pregnancy for clients who carry to term. Free and confidential pregnancy testing and ongoing counseling. Lending closet for maternity clothing and baby items, including furniture. Post-abortion healing program, financial counseling, and referral service. Adoption referrals. Appointments preferred, but will take walk-ins, as time permits. One-on-one parenting classes for clients and abstinence education.

A supplemental food program providing prescribed food vouchers for pregnant, breast feeding and postpartum women, infants, and children up to age five. Nutritional and dietary evaluation, nutrition education, supplemental food vouchers, information and referral, and breast feeding support. The program is open to income eligible women and children with medical or nutritional risks. WIC services are free of charge.
