Offering Education Programming:
Pre-vocational, academic, and vocational educational programs for
special needs children ages 3 through 21 who have been determined
to be developmentally and/or physically disabled, have autism, or
behavior disorders. Occupational therapy, physical therapy,
speech therapy, and behavioral consulting are provided as part of
the educational plan. Hippotherapy (horse back riding therapy),
horticultural program, aquatics, job coaching, and community
recreational activities are also offered. We also provide an
after school program, consulting and individual services on a
sliding fee scale to students enrolled elsewhere.

cost effective, community based, client centered service, the
center believes in developing the full potential of every child

Community Partners provides a wide range of communitybased
behavioral health and developmental disability services.
Behavioral health supports and services include outpatient
individual and group counseling services for people of all ages,
emergency services, intensive community support and vocational
services, case management, and employee assistance programs.
Supports and services for people with developmental disabilities
include case management, residential services, day programs,
vocational, early intervention, and family support for adults
with developmental disabilities. Services for children with

(HICEAS)
HICEAS prides itself in educating Medicare Beneficiaries

Medicare, Appeals, Fraud/Abuse, Supplemental Insurance, Medicare

Prescription Drug Assistance, empowering them to make informed
decisions on their own.
Protecting Quality Health Care (PQHC)
The NH Protecting Quality Health Care Program works in
partnership with HICEAS, specializing in the prevention of
Medicare/Medicaid fraud and abuse.
The Medicare Savings Program Project
These programs are available to Medicare beneficiaries
with limited income and limited resources. Each program helps to
supplement the beneficiary's income by paying their Medicare part
B premium.
The New Hampshire Help Line is a statewide, 24-hour, 365

GREENLEAF WOODS COUNSELING
Adolescent Substance Abuse Group - Peg Correia, M.Ed., LADC, and
Sally Wool, M.Ed., LADC, are offering an educational program for
Adolescents on substance abuse and recovery. This open-ended,
on-going group, will meet on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:00pm
starting in October. Both facilitators have extensive experience
working with teens at all stages of the continuum, from
experimentation to addiction. Each adolescent must attend one
individual session with a parent or guardian before joining the
group. At this time, recommendations will be made for the number
of meetings the teen will be encouraged to attend. The fee is $45
per group, with a number of sliding fee spaces (based on
individual need) available. Space is limited. For more

Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse - An ongoing therapy
group for women or men. A screening interview prior to acceptance
into the group is required.
Anger Management for Women - This is an ongoing
group for women wanting to learn new tools to manage their anger.
Depression Support Group - Open to anyone
suffering from depression. Prior screening interview is required.
DWI Aftercare - For individuals who have
completed their local Impaired Driver Intervention Program and
are required to complete aftercare prior to license
reinstatement.
All groups are facilitated by trained therapists. All
groups are small in size with a maximum of six members. The fee
is $45/session. Some groups have sliding fee spaces available.

Seacoast Birthright is an international, pro-life,
nondenominational crisis pregnancy service which offers its
clients free pregnancy testing, guidance, and referrals to
appropriate resources in the community as well as providing free
maternity, infant and toddler clothing. The volunteers are
well-trained, compassionate and nonjudgmental, dealing with a
variety of needs; and our greatest desire is for the woman to
feel that she's better off for having called upon us, which is

crime, crash and trauma victims and their families. Highly
trained Trauma Intervention Volunteers are on call 24-hours, 7
days a week. They respond to calls from police, fire and
emergency medical personnel. Victims, Inc. provides Supreme,
Superior and District Court advocacy to crash victims. Victims,
Inc. sponsors GAP, a Grieving Assistance Program for adults, and
